Why Am I Not Receiving Form Notification Emails?

If you notice that you are not receiving emails from your website to notify you of newly submitted web forms, please check the following:

  1. Look in your spam folder. Sometimes 'no-reply@' email addresses unexpectedly get filtered from your inbox, even if you've received them previously without trouble.
    • If you do locate it in your spam folder, mark it as not spam, or add the sender to your contacts list.
  2. Add "no-reply@webcmstools.com" as a contact.
  3. Check your email settings to make sure the email address (no-reply@webcmstools.com) is not blocked. If so, unblock it.

If none of these solutions work, please contact your company's IT department for additional assistance. Until the issue is resolved, you can always view the submissions within the administrative panel of the website, or temporarily add an alternative email address to the notification list.
