How Do I Change My Notification Email Addresses?

Changing who will be notified when a website form is submitted can be managed in the respective form's action handler.

  • Access: Components>Form Manager>Action Handler.
  • Select the 'Edit' icon next to the appropriate form.
  • Click on the Action tab.
  • Make adjustments in the Email Address(es) field.
    • Separate multiple addresses by a comma (,) or place on a separate line.

To change who will receive invoice notifications of online transactions, a  request must be submitted to 360 PSG, as administrators do not have access this.
