Managing Advanced Registrations

Access: Content>Event Manager>Events

Registration List

  • Click the 'Registration Count' icon next to the event. The number references the total number of registrants for the event.
  • If you have the pending registration option enabled (more info), select the Confirm button for each new registration. A confirmation email will then be sent to the registrant.

 Confirm is an option for Free registration and Paid Registration using manual capture processing only (see Paid Registration section below for more information on manual capture). If you have Free registration and currently have the Confirm button, but do not want it, please contact support to have it removed.

  • The 'Check' icon is to toggle on/off the person's attendance at/after the event.
  • The 'Registrant Information' icon allows you to view their details.
  • The top of the interface includes several filter options to modify your list.
  • The bottom right offers an export feature which downloads an Excel file with your registrant list's information.

Q: What is a "New Pending Registration"?

A: For free registration types and manual capture payment methods (see Paid Registration below), this is an email notification that is received by the registrant immediately after submission. This is to acknowledge that the submission was received and is awaiting approval by the administrator. Once completed, they will receive a confirmation email.

If you choose to forgo the Pending Registration notification emails, please contact support so we may remove this feature from your site. For more information, see: What is a "New Pending Registration"?

Paid Registration

When your payment processor (Stripe, Authorize.net, etc.) was initially configured, it was setup at your preference to auto-capture or manual capture, meaning payment was accepted automatically, or you needed to process it by clicking a button.

Auto Capture

  • After the registration has been submitted by the registrant, no further action is required on your part. 

Manual Capture

Access: E-Commerce>Order Management>Invoices/Orders.

  1. Select the 'Check' icon next to the order.
  2. After a confirmation prompt, the invoice will be sent to the registrant.
  3. Return to your event's registration list and click the Confirm button next to the respective registration(s).
