My Website is Down
In rare cases where your website is down, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
- Service Interruption (most common)
- Internal Disruption
- Server Maintenance
- Website Upgrade
- Expired Domain
Service Interruption
- Our network provider may occasionally suffer a brief service interruption, affecting one of our servers and thus, your website. Our provider closely monitors their status and is alerted immediately of any interruptions. When one is detected, a dedicated team investigates and restores the connection as soon as possible.
Internal Disruption
- To determine if it is an internal issue relative to your network, please visit www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com and enter your website address into the field. After you hit enter, it will tell you if the site is down on across the internet, or just on your network.
- If it says, "It's just you.", please contact your IT team (we cannot support local network related issues).
Things to check:
- Internet connection.
- IP Address settings.
Server Maintenance
- Our engineers may need to perform routine or emergency maintenance to ensure the safety of your website and its information.
Website Upgrade
- Older websites may be chosen periodically for an upgrade to the newest version of our CMS. This updates your administrative panel with new and improved features. Websites can also be upgraded to resolve bugs or issues that you have previously reported to us. This generally takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.
Expired Domain
- An expired domain can take down your website if it has not been renewed prior to the expiration date. If this is the case, contact your domain provider ASAP to renew and thus, resolve the issue. If you have GoDaddy, or a similar company as your provider, login to your account to renew the domain.
Alternatively, 360 PSG can renew your domain on your behalf! Just submit a support request with your domain, your current provider's login information and how long you would like to renew it for (1 year, 2 years, 3 years). The purchase price of your domain will be charged to your account and will be reflected on your next statement. Going forward, it will be billed a few months in advance of its next expiration date to ensure continued service. As long as the bill is paid on time, the domain will be renewed for you.
To find out your domain expiration date:
- Visit: https://whois.net.
- Enter your domain in the search field (no "www." required). For example, if your URL is www.abcplumbing.com, type "abcplumbing.com".
- Check the expiration date at the bottom of your domain's information. See below:
