Records Requests
Records requests include the adding, editing or removal of the following:
- DNS Records
- MX Records
- CNAME Records
- A Records
IMPORTANT: Records requests cannot be accepted over the phone; email only. Please be sure to provide any pertinent information along with it.
Your request will be handled by our engineering staff. Turnaround time is generally quick, but is subject to the volume of our queue. Once your request has been completed, you will be notified.
