Issues in Internet Explorer 10/11
While using Internet Explorer version 10 or 11, it is possible that a website may encounter a minor issue affecting the display of the site in the administrative panel or even on the public view.
Internet Explorer 11 is the most recent version of the website browser, Internet Explorer by Microsoft. Due to a large number of adjustments from version 9, to 10 and 11, minor display issues on your website are a possibility, but are rare.
Each browser has different standards. These standards are reflected when the website's code is read, interpreted, then displayed. This is why you may notice slight variations from browser to browser and version to version. Whereas Internet Explorer 10 & 11 are still 'newer' versions, some websites may encounter issues as we adjust to adhere to these new standards.
Front End (Public View)
Generally, these are minor display issues that are not blatantly obvious to the public. (As a website owner frequenting the site, you may be more adept to noticing this.) If you encounter a display issue, please submit a support ticket with details of how your site is being affected so that our design team may resolve the problem.
Back End (Administrative Panel)
Some functionality quirks have been reported in the past, in which something doesn't display, or work correctly in the editor. Because of that, we ALWAYS recommend using Mozilla Firefox when editing your website; it has the best standards for functionality and display. If you encounter an issue in the editor, please submit a support ticket with details of how your site is being affected so our programming team may resolve the problem. Until the issue is resolved (and preferably thereafter), please use Mozilla Firefox (or Google Chrome) to work-around the problem.
These types of issues are not just relative to the websites we design; any website is susceptible to problems with the Internet Explorer browser. We support issues in versions 10 & 11 in addition to other major browsers like Firefox, Chrome & Safari.
