Using the New SPAM Filter
If you are viewing this article, you are likely the recent recipient of an upgraded website, which features our brand new SPAM filter. This will help to reduce the overall spam submissions you receive through your website forms.
Just as with any email inbox, you have the ability to mark certain messages as spam. Now, that same feature is available to you in your website's administrative panel!
Like any email filter, the feature comes with the very small risk of filtering out REAL form submissions. For this reason, we HIGHLY recommend that for at least the first 2 or 3 weeks, you review ALL messages as often as possible, to determine their status. By doing this, it will aid the filter in differentiating spam from legitimate submissions. Once it appears that the filter has become nearly 100% accurate, you can feel free to reduce the frequency of your form reviews.
