Adjust Formatting Tips

Prior to Copying

• If in an editable document, clear, or at least, reduce the formatting.
• Apply a universally accepted font, such as Times New Roman or Arial.

To Paste

• Paste the content into a Notepad document - this will strip any formatting. Then, copy from the Notepad document into the editor.

After Pasting

• Highlight the affected text, then from the Styles menu drop-down, select Clear Formatting.
