Add a Form to a Page (CK Editor)

You can add a form to any web page or 'static content' module.

• While in the editor, place your cursor where you would like the form to be inserted.
• Click the 'Web Form' icon from your toolbar.

• Choose the form from the drop-down, then click OK. A code will be inserted to serve as a placeholder for the form.

 Click the 'Preview' icon to see how the form will appear to the public.
