EXAMPLE  PRICING CHART

Range # Price Range Price (Flat Rate)
1 $0 - $35 $5
2 $35 - $75 $10
3 $75 - $150 $15
4 $150 - Unlimited $0

Even though you see the  end of a price range act as the next range's start price, the start range technically starts a penny after. For example:
$0 - $35 = $5
            $35 - $75 = $10 (technically, $35.01 - $75)
