New File Not Replacing Previous Version
If you attempt to overwrite an image or document with one of the same filename, you will receive the following message:
Even if you check the file to overwrite it, the old version will continue to display. This is due to the system's cache. Just like a browser, its cache may retain and display previous versions of items for quick recall. To avoid the cache:
1. Upload as New Filename
- Locate the file on your computer, then rename it. It can be as little as one character different from the original.
Try adding a date, or a revision number to the end of the original filename. See examples below.

2. Contact Support
- If you have attempted to overwrite a large number of files, all of which have been cached, please contact us. Our support team will manually clear your website's cache to allow the old files to be replaced with the new ones.
