Clone (Copy) Form Elements

If you are creating a form which will be using the same, or similar elements (fields) as an existing form, you can take advantage of the clone feature. This allows you to choose elements from other forms on your website and place them into a new, or existing form. After the elements are copied, they will retain the same properties as the original, saving you the trouble of applying them again.

Access: Components>Form Manager>Build/Edit Layouts.

1. Select the 'Edit' icon next to the form.
2. Choose the Elements tab.
3. Click the Clone Elements button.
4. From the drop-down, choose the form you wish to copy from.
5. Check the box next to each of the elements you wish to clone.
6. Click the Clone Selected Elements button to place these into your form.

You may continue to edit and manage elements as you would normally from here.
